We want to constantly expand our team with new perspectives and would therefore like to encourage applicants from marginalized groups to apply.

WE ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR SUPPORT for our events at LOT. This can of course be bar, awareness, entrance team, event technology, visuals, but above all we are looking for responsible people who are also confident in our VL (event management & artist care).

You want to join our team? Please let us know in which area you see yourself, what experience and capacities you have. We will introduce you step by step and pay according to our possibilities. At LOT you will meet a motivated team, can network and gain valuable experience in organising and booking. Feel free to pass this on to anyone who might be interested.​
