ECHOES FROM THE BASE

Echoes from the Base is an evening dedicated to the underground currents of instrumental hip hop, low-end frequencies, and raw electronic beat culture. Moving from subtle textures to heavy bass pressure, eight artists play & reshape their sounds in real time through samplers, effect processors and diverse hardware/software setups.

Listening becomes more of an exploration of space, down- to uptempo rhythm constructions and sonic transformation, creating a shared environment where subcultural echoes emerge beneath the surface of the obvious - from the base - through and for open minded souls.
