DANCE & VOICE DISTORTION

The workshop consists of a combination of movement meditation & introduction to vocal practices, such as growling and distortion of the voice. Danilo Andrés will provide dynamic breathing exercises to support the voice work, and on a creative level they will stimulate the participants to create their own mantras and vocal incantations, which aim to animate the dancing body.

The workshop is particularly suited for dancers, musicians, and performers, as well as for all artists interested in creative work with the voice

The funds raised through the workshop will be used exclusively to finance the residency.
